PTL NEWSLETTER OCTOBER 2006

WOW, September just flew by.  Hopefully we will be able to hold on to October.

I think it’s safe to say that everyone had a great time at the Carnival. We owe a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who helped out.  Without all our volunteers and students we would have never been able to pull off such a great event.  Also, thank you to all of our room parents for helping out with organizing the volunteers and the donated items. You were a great help. Thanks.  A special thank you for Mr. Holtzen, Mrs. Hackbarth, Mr. Boldt, Mr. Doederlein and all the 8th Graders who allowed us to throw pies at them. THANK YOU.  It was a blast.  Finally, we need to give an Extra Special Thank You to those volunteers who stayed all day setting up/running booths and all night to clean up. WOW, you are definitely our Awe-Inspiring volunteers. Thank You Again.

No PTL Meeting this month, but please join us on November 6th at 6pm.  We will continue to do dinner meetings and also be providing child care (8th grader’s = service hours).

We have until the end of the year to send in all our labels that are not whole so if you have any please send them in as soon as possible.  If you have any question please see Kim.

Yard Signs and Window Clings, They are still available by seeing any PTL Board Member or Rhonda in the school office. We might start placing them on unsuspecting lawns for a fund-raiser, just like the pink flamingos. Thank You for your continued support.
