A
note of thanks….
To all of the parents:
For
sending in various goodies for all our parties
For
driving on many trips
For
interest in your child’s education
For your prayers for us
when we had our “slips.”
To
all of the sixth graders:
For
all of our laughs and all of our learning
For
our great discussions in religion class
For
your efforts at growth and maturing
How
quickly our year did pass.
As the year closes, we can truly say
We learned about Jesus every
day.
Our faith has grown and will
continue to
If we keep in the word all summer,
too.
God’s
blessings to each one of you!
On a far
more serious note, I have seen the interest these students have in learning
about their God and His work in our lives.
It is my prayer that each of these students will continue to feed his
or her faith, especially in church and Sunday School over the summer months.
In
His Service,
Mrs.
Mary Holtzen
Tomorrow morning, I would like
to have a small “breakfast” with the kids before chapel. If you would be willing to send in something,
such as mini bagels, fruit, cups, plates, or juice, please give me a call
tonight at home (457-2583). We already
have donut holes being sent in, so we would not need those.
Thanks
again for everything!
